Ian manages Aurora’s operations, including the specialist technical and project management teams. He also manages senior client relationships and is ultimately responsible for customer delivery. Ian takes customer experience seriously and aims for nothing less than 100%.
Ian has extensive experience leading International technology-related businesses, including 7 years at Forrester Research helping C-level clients drive growth and positive change within their organisations.
HEAD OF SERVICE DELIVERY
Greg heads up Aurora’s 24×7 Network & Security Operations Centre based within our state-of-the-art primary UK class 3 data centre.
Greg has 15+ years supporting mission critical networks with experience in delivering colocation, cloud computing, managed hosting and connectivity services. Customer-focused and SLA driven, Greg aspires to deliver 100% customer delight.
Prior to Aurora, Greg was the European Managed Networks & Services Manager at Verizon.
INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER
Rasel is one of Aurora’s PRINCE2 Project Managers. Rasel has overall responsibility for successful project outcomes, from initiation to closure. Typically this starts with a project kick-off meeting to ratify scope, establish stakeholders and define resource availability through to project handover. Rasel has over 10 years’ experience in the technology sector gained at companies including Dial A Phone and BT.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Suzanne is responsible for leading Aurora’s Marketing efforts and has a vast knowledge of B2B Marketing in the technology space.
Suzanne has a good understanding of customer experience gained over 20+ years, having primarily worked for leading organisations in this sector, including eGain, Verint and Merced.
Suzanne supports customers through Aurora’s onboarding programme through to customer satisfaction surveys, allowing a continual circle of feedback and improvement to Aurora’s suite of solutions.
HEAD OF COMMERCIALS
Justin leads Aurora’s business development. Prior to Aurora365, Justin’s vast experience was largely gained at BCA where he worked on million pound projects to secure the best infrastructure for the group, across 20+ locations.
One of Justin’s key responsibilities is to manage the Aurora partner programme. The overriding goal being to deliver the right solution, in-turn allowing an optimal customer experience.
ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Christie is responsible for business development activity within the UK and Ireland for Aurora365. Christie is an experienced, proactive internal account manager with a strong background in consultative solution selling within the SME and Enterprise sectors.
Christie is adept at seeking out the best solution for customers based on their individual requirements, to ensure delivery of the right service to maximise IT performance.
